2. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your assigned account.

  • Use only your assigned account unless an administrator explicitly authorizes another workflow.
  • Keep passwords, access links, and recovery methods secure.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access, credential leakage, or account misuse as soon as possible.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the ERP only for lawful, authorized, and business-related purposes. You may not use the system in a way that disrupts operations, exposes confidential information, or bypasses internal controls.

  • Do not attempt to access data, records, or features outside your assigned permissions.
  • Do not manipulate inventory, financial, customer, or order data in a fraudulent or misleading way.
  • Do not introduce malware, scraping tools, abusive automation, or other harmful activity into the system.

4. Business Data and Records

Data entered into Boorran ERP may include operational, commercial, customer, supplier, and internal business information. You are responsible for making sure entries you create or update are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

System records, audit trails, and activity logs may be retained to support operational continuity, compliance, fraud prevention, and internal review.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Boorran ERP may connect with payment services, social platforms, analytics tools, communications tools, cloud services, and other third-party providers. Availability or behavior of integrated features may change when those services change.

Use of integrated services may also be subject to the third party terms and policies that apply to those services.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove ERP features at any time to improve the system, address security risks, respond to legal requirements, or support operational priorities.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of every feature.

7. Confidentiality

Information accessed through the ERP may be confidential. You must handle customer information, internal reports, supplier details, credentials, and commercial data with appropriate care and only disclose them when authorized.

8. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated if an account is inactive, an employment or contractor relationship ends, a security concern arises, or these terms or internal policies are violated.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Boorran ERP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided by us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boorran will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the ERP.
